Al-Ameen Educaitonal Trust established Ameen Higher Secondary School as a model school for the College of Education and Teacher Training Institute. The School has classes from VI to XII std. The medium of instruction is Tamil and second language as English. This school caters students from around 10 villages particularly economically weaker section of the community, up to high school the government is providing aid, and the higher secondary is self-financing
